Overview

Gujarat's natural environment includes the Great Rann of Kutch and the hills of Saputara, and it is the sole home of pure Asiatic lions in the world. It has a variety of museums on different genres that are run by the state's Department of Museums located at the principal state museum,  Baroda Museum & Picture Gallery in Vadodara. 

In October 2018, the world's tallest statue commemorating the independence leader Sardar Patel was unveiled. At 182 metres tall the Statue of Unity is the newest tourist attraction with over 30,000 visitors every day. 

Religious sites play a major part in the tourism of Gujarat. Somnath is the first of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and is mentioned in the Rigveda. The Dwarakadheesh Temple, Radha Damodar Temple, Junagadh and Dakor are holy pilgrimage sites with temples dedicated to Lord Krishna

    ARRIVAL AHMEDABAD

    Upon arrival at Ahmedabad Airport meet & greet by our representative and then transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in AHMEDABAD.

    AHMEDABAD - STATUE OF UNITY - AHMEDABAD

    After breakfast proceed to visit SOU. The Statue of Unity is a colossal statue of Indian statesman and independence activist Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (1875–1950), who was the first Home minister of independent India and the chief adherent of Mahatma Gandhi during the non-violent Indian Independence movement. He was highly respected for his leadership in uniting the 552 princely states of India to form the single Union of India. It is located in the state of Gujarat, India. It is the world's tallest statue with a height of 182 metres. It is located on a river island facing the Sardar Sarovar Dam on river Narmada. Visit Sardar Sarovar Dam, Valley of Flower, Museum Viewing Gallery, Laser Show. Then drive back to Ahmedabad. Overnight stay in AHMEDABAD.

    AHMEDABAD - BHUJ

    After breakfast proceed to Bhuj, on arrival check-in hotel. After freshen up, visit Swaminarayan Temple and Hamisar Lake. Then return back to hotel, overnight stay in BHUJ.

    BHUJ - RANN UTSAV TENT CITY

    Morning after breakfast proceed to Rann Utsav Tent City, on arrival check-in. After freshen up have your lunch at Dinning Area. Later can do Shopping/Adventure inside the campus. Evening have your Tea then proceed to visit White Rann. Then dinner will be served at Dinning Area followed by Grand Housie at White Rann Resort. Overnight stay in RANN UTSAV.

    RANN UTSAV TENT CITY - BHUJ

    Morning visit to White Rann, then have your breakfast at Dinning area. Then check-out and Departure for Bhuj with a complimentary sightseeing. On arrival visit White Desert, Black Hill, Handi craft village and then check-in hotel. Overnight stay in BHUJ.

    BHUJ - DWARKA

    Morning after breakfast depart for Dwarka, is one among the ancient seven holiest places in India, on arrival check-in hotel. After freshen up proceed to visit Dwarkadhish Ji dedicated to the god Krishna, who is worshiped here by the name Dwarkadhish, or 'King of Dwarka' and Nageshwar Temple (7th Jyotirlinga) is one of the most significant Jyotirlinga of Shiva. The temple is set amidst some of the most stunning natural surroundings which makes it one of the most spiritual places to be, after darshan enjoy evening Aarti then return back to hotel. Overnight stay in DWARKA.

    DWARKA - PORBANDAR - SOMNATH

    Early morning visit to Rukmani Temple, after which you can proceed for breakfast. And then check-out from the hotel and start to drive towards Somnath. En-route Porbandar visit Kirti Mandir - the place where Gandhiji born and Sudama Temple. On your arrival somnath, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. Later visit to the well-known Somnath Temple (6th Jyotirlinga), one of the revered 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. After darshan, attend the evening aarti then return back to hotel. Overnight stay in SOMNATH.

    SOMNATH - DIU - SOMNATH

    Morning after breakfast visit Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Ghat. Later depart for Diu Sightseeing. Visit beaches, fort and Museum then return back to hotel. Overnight stay in SOMNATH.

    SOMNATH - AHMEDABAD

    After breakfast depart for Ahmedabad, on arrival check-in hotel. After freshen up visit Kanakria Lake and River Front. Overnight stay in AHMEDABAD.

Things to do

1. Sabarmati Riverfront - It is a waterfront developed on the banks of river Sabarmati in Ahmedabad. Started with an objective for sustainable development and environmental improvement, the pace has now become a major tourist attraction owing to its lush green promenades, beautiful parks and plazas and an all-around soothing ambience.

2. Dada Hari Waw - It was Built by a woman of Sultan Begara's harem in 1499AD, these step-wells were made as a retreat during hot summers. Waiting to be filled with rain water, no matter what the weather is, it is always cooler within the Step-wells.

3. Sri Swaminarayan Temple - It is located in the Kalupur area of Ahmedabad, Shri Swaminarayan Temple was built on the instructions of Swaminarayan, the founder of this sect of Hinduism. Green and yellow sculptures of various Hindu gods and goddesses, with their bodies fitted in opulent dresses and ornaments cover the structure of this nineteenth-century temple.

4. Sabarmati Ashram - Once the residence of Mahatma Gandhi and his wife Kasturba, this undoubtedly is the biggest tourist attraction situated in the suburb of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Located on the tranquil and serene stretch of Sabarmati River it was also referred to as the 'Satyagraha Ashram' as Gandhi began the famous 'Dandi March' from here.
