Overview

Bangalore experiences a pleasant weather throughout the year. It cant be described as sunny, bright or gloomy. It’s a fixed weather which feels always pleasant. Bangalore is known especially for its beautiful parks, wide avenues, busy bazaars and pleasant climate.Bangalore is famous for two gardens—Lalbagh and Cubbon Park.

Murudeshwar Temple is famous for the world's second-tallest Shiva statue, located on the coast of the Arabian Sea. The famous Sadashiva temple is said to be built around that piece of linga.

Pattadakal is a UNESCO inscribed world Heritage site featuring Hinduism and Jainism Temples. Aihole is a village known for Chalukyan architecture. Post visit of both heritage places back to hotel. MYSORE

Chamundeshwari Temple: The temple itself is an architectural marvel, dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari. For those looking for a physically challenging experience, you can climb the 1,000 steps that lead to the temple. It's a rewarding experience with beautiful views of Mysore city along the way.

The Mysore Maharaja Palace (also known as Amba Vilas Palace) is a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic architecture and is one of the most visited palaces in India. The palace showcases a rich blend of Hindu, Muslim, Rajput, and Gothic architectural styles.

The interiors of the palace are equally mesmerizing, with beautifully painted ceilings, ornate glass windows, and grand wooden pillars. Don't miss the Durbar Hall, KalyanaMantapa (wedding hall), and Private Durbar rooms. Admire the palace’s intricate artwork, including murals, and the famous ‘golden throne’ which is displayed during special occasions.

The Brindavan Gardens are renowned for their terraced layout, flower beds, and geometrically designed lawns. The gardens are located near the Krishna Raja Sagara (KRS) Dam, and they are a perfect example of well-planned landscaping.

HASSAN

HOSPET - HAMPI

BADAMI

Pattadakal Temples: Pattadakal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to a group of 7th- and 8th-century temples built by the Chalukya dynasty. The temples are known for their stunning architecture, with a blend of Dravidian and Nagara styles.

Aihole: Aihole is another historical site near Badami, often referred to as the "Cradle of Indian Temple Architecture." Aihole is home to over 100 temples and architectural wonders, with both Hindu and Jain influences.

The Badami Caves are the highlight of the town, consisting of four rock-cut temples carved into sandstone hills. These caves are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and showcase intricate carvings and sculptures.

Mallikarjuna Temple: The Mallikarjuna Temple is an ancient temple built by the Chalukyas and is part of the Pattadakal group of temples. Known for its distinctive architecture and carvings, it is an important site for history buffs.

Banashankari Temple: The Banashankari Temple is a beautiful and ancient temple dedicated to the goddess Banashankari, an incarnation of Goddess Parvati. The temple is located in a picturesque setting with a serene atmosphere.

HUBLI

Siddharoodha Math is an important spiritual center in Hubli, dedicated to the revered saint Siddharoodha Swamiji. It is a serene place for meditation and prayer.

Unkal Lake is a serene spot for a relaxing day out, where you can enjoy a boat ride. The lake is surrounded by lush greenery, making it an ideal location for a picnic or an evening stroll. A beautiful statue of Lord Shiva stands near the lake, making it a peaceful and picturesque spot.

UDUPI
